Publisher Page & Live Listing Require Direct Link

Summary

My publisher page is not found when using search. Listed “live” product is also not found when searched for. Product also does not exist in listings. However the direct url’s appear to be working as intended.

Publisher page not found in search…

  1. go to fab.com
  2. in the search bar, search for “Ultra Plus”

Live product doesn’t appear in listings

  1. Use link below to go directly to publisher page
    Fab
  2. OR go to fab.com
  3. search “Armor And Damage”.
    Direct link to listing is below.
    Armor And Damage Ultra | Fab

Expected Result

Publisher page and product should appear in search. Direct link should not be required.

Observed Result

Publisher page and product do not appear in search. Direct link required for navigation.

You might just be banned in EU, if your Fab trader account has not been verified. Check here if there’s no issues https://www.fab.com/portal/publisher-settings/trader-info

Hmmm ok. I did see a few others with the same issue but I’m in the US. I will give it a shot then.

alright I’m now a verified trader as opposed to being a non-trader.

If anyone sees this who is having the same problem, that appeared to be the fix.
