Published Game Crashing/Failing windows 10 on initial startup only

HI All,
With the Jam nearly over I attempted to package my game.

It works fine, but it throws an initial error the first time you run it saying it failed to launch.
This happens for me even when I click Launch within the editor window btw. Just can’t find any answers on google.

It’s a Fatal error of some sort that isn’t actually related to the game binaries - obviously, since they work on completely different computers after publishing (despite the initial error).

Any ideas on how to solve this? (quickly before the jam ends?)

After publishing several times this seems to have stopped occurring.
Also my package size went from close to 1gb zipped to 536mb - that’s all kinds of “go figure” there… that said the lights still haven’t built since the end of the jam, so who knows… it’s kind of disappointing when you put in 5 days of work and the engine whips you right on the culmination of all your hard work… oh well.
