Public Release Rejected

I’ve tried publishing two different islands. I’ve been rejected for both of them. I’ve received emails that simply say

“We noticed an issue that needs your attention, and this public release has been rejected.

Please address the following issues, and then publish a new release using the Creator Portal:

  • The content within your creative island”

I don’t have anything in the level that goes against TOS. I’ve overlooked every asset and device to make sure of functionality. I just would like more info on what it wrong with the island.

I had the same issue, its frustrating we dont have any aditional information to help o solve the problem that suposed to generate de rejection.

Well, I did not really find a fix. I went through all my assets and removed assets that i thought might not be acceptable (custom sound clips, renamed some assets, etc) In the end it really didn’t matter. I left it alone and unpublished for a week or so, then decided to try again. It was accepted. No reason. I think it boils down to, whomever is testing the map at the time. Did not make any sense. But whatever. Both have been published, but they were never seen on Discover, so no-one plays them. So everything from publishing to exposure comes down to luck.
