Props Brasileirisses - Neighborhoods Props

It's time to set up a neighborhood with a Brazilian and Latin American style! Build your city using a complete library of semi-modular assets.

You can use a total of 45 buildings, with the option of changing the type of windows, doors, walls, window grills and roofs. You can add decorative props to the houses and buildings, you'll have multiple options for street signs, you can populate the city with various street trash props and items, and you can build an open-air stream.

Please check the demonstration map, this is a 58.75k square meter neighborhood with an open creek stream, 8 named streets and 2 avenues, 139 houses and buildings placed, a fictitious traffic network route using the street assets, a chaotic energy post cable network.

As you can see, there is a new version of the playable demo. You can download it to see all five of my asset packs together on one map from the Neighborhoods Props. The demo download file size has grown to 11 GB.

I removed the Xsolla 80LV demo information because we are working on updates for the online, playable version of the demo. They are working on their end, and I am preparing demo V2 to be available when they are ready.

But right now, you can check this playable demo V2 screenshots on my ArtStation
And download the demo if you want from my drive

What’s new?
I worked on some hotfixes and adjustment on the demo levels

  • Reorganized my shared folder “BrasileirissesCommon”
  • Adjusted the correct value of numerous materials from low poly version of buildings, houses and house walls, mostly goes to normal map values
  • Replaced the mesh decal of crosswalk ground lines to entirely decal version, getting rid of all micro space between the meshes, but I’m still using mesh decal for the lateral sidelines
  • I also did a few adjustments on demo level maps
