Proper way to import 3DS Max with Vray Materials?

Running 3ds max 2022. Vray GPU 5 2.2. Exporting to 3DS Max Datasmith.

Im trying to find information on the material limitations when importing to Twinmotion. Some Vray materials seem to work. Some dont. Vray comes with a Chaos Browser for adding people/cars/props etc. Those vray materials don't come in at all.

If standard or 3ds Max physical materials work better, how would I batch convert Vray materials to a more common format.

Materials with opacity masks don't seem to work either.

I am not certain what the best method is to convert Vray materials but there are some articles on the 3ds Max website that provides information on this.

The Materials with opacity mask issue, is a known bug that will be resolved in the next update. Thank you for pointing it out and letting us know.
