After carefully reviewing the guidelines for promotional images, and after our thumbnail has been repeatedly rejected, we need some guidance to move forward.
We suspect that the “NEW!” might be causing the issue, but after reviewing the guidelines, and being aware that a significant number of major titles feature it, we understand it shouldn’t be the problem.
