When the promo license expire can I go back to the demo version?

You do not need to uninstall the Demo. However, you can use only one license on a single computer at the same time. You can activate each of your licenses for a selected period of time: https://www.capturingreality.com/my.licenses.
Please note that scenes created in RC Demo cannot be loaded into paid instances of RealityCapture.
