I used BP 3rd person template with default package settings for Windows 64 bit. I literally touched nothing in project or engine wise. It just refuses to package no matter what template I try. I have 2015 Visual Studio community freshly installed as well.

Okay i think I found the issue. I was trying to get steam integration working. Well it was not working so I removed the code from the INI file, and the Engine folder and it still didn’t work. What i forgot to do was disable Steam in the Plugins section of the Online Platforms in project settings / plugins area. Which seemed to fix it.
