Project packaging is getting stuck on SF_VULKAN_SM5/6

I’ve been trying to package my project for Windows. Everything worked great until I wanted to packeage my project today. Engine gets stuck when the output log shows this:

this happens with both SM6 and SM5. I don’t know how to fix it, if you got any ideas please help.
I only use EOS Shared plugin for FAB
