Responsibilities:
● Work closely with GeoTech team and the Client to transfer goals into actionable plans
● Help create tsks, manage tasks, schedules, regularly share team status to stakeholders as well as update external partners
● Manages most team meetings and identifies bottlenecks before they happen and tasks delivered in time frame metter
● Ensure all teams are delivering at a high quality level by key dates
● Records meeting notes and translates them into a coherent list of action items
● Is an effective process owner for the team
● Acting as a primary communication point between teams as needed
● Available for non-business hours due to global teams around the world
What we’re looking for
● 2+ years of project management experience
● Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite or other task tracking and scheduling software
● Strong multitasking skills
● Excellent time management skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Must be detail oriented and display strong problem solving skills
● Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
● Communication with teams, external clients and partners
● Ability to manage a fully remote team within different time zones
● PMP certification is a plus
● Experience with Game Engine projects or Real time rendering ais a huge plus, (Unreal Engine, Unity, CryEngine, etc
