Project just crashed when i opened up this morning and everything is lost and gone "Create Export Failed To Load Outer for Resource"

Those errors mainly meant file corruption. It may cause by the incomplete compilation process, or simply just file corruption due to memory or some sort.
The way I solve it is to close the engine completely and delete those affected files manually.
Then copy back that deleted files from your backup directory.
