What if solving a murder meant diving into the killer’s mind?
Project Enceladus is a first-person psychological thriller and sci-fi platformer, built almost entirely solo in Unreal Engine 5.
You play as a detective who enters the simulated mind of a murderer aboard a deep-space research station. The environment itself reflects his mental state — calm and eerie at first, then increasingly fractured, distorted and dangerous as you approach the moment of the crime. Color, light and music shift with his psyche.
Hello @T0maytoe ! Welcome back to posting with us here on the forums!
This take on a puzzle game is so unique! The idea of diving into the killer’s mind to progress is so unique, and the environments are phenomenal. I can already see the love and care put into this game and cannot wait for it to come out!
Certainly going to wishlist it and share it with my friends.
Thank you so much for the kind words, it really means a lot to me! I’m glad you’re enjoying what you see so far. And thank you in advance for sharing it with your friends — it helps more than you’d think, getting the game in front of people who actually appreciate story-driven puzzle games with a bit of that old-school charm — think Portal, or the more recent Q.U.B.E. titles.
I’ll do my best to live up to the expectations and make something truly memorable!
