I have a serious problem, I right clicked on a project thumbnail (I had about 4 projects displayed in here) and selected delete and it wiped out my entire project folder. How can I undelete and recover all my projects?
TLDR: You’re f*cked. Always backup your stuff, try to use Source control(Git, SVN, Perforce, Plastic SCM, etc…)
You could try recovering the project with programs like Recuva: Download Recuva | Recover deleted files, free!
But there is absolutely no guarrantee that the program will recover your deleted data so prepare for the worst!
