Project crashes upon opening

It’s really a weird thing. If I get the player controller and cast it to myPlayerController in myCharacter blueprint, it compiles and plays fine. But when I close the project and open again, it crashes and won’t open again. I’ve tried for hours and couldn’t find what’s causing that, maybe someone can. Is there something like, in order to do casting, the BP has to be spawned or something? I recreated the character BP and refreshed all it’s references, it took me more than 3 hours but in the end it happened again, so I’m changing my codes, if anyone could solve this I’d really appreciate.
