Project crashes immediatly after I open it

Hello, I just installed Unreal Engine 4 and was trying to use it but I ran into this problem.

I made a project from one of the blueprints(FPS) but every time I open it, after it finishes loading, it crashes saying “Unreal Engine has stopped working”.

I tried reinstalling it or installing previous versions but it didn’t solve anything.

I also tried opening the .uproject file in the folder but the following error appears.

I mention that this happens on any project that I make with any blueprint.

Sounds like a registry error. try run sfc /scannow
