Project architecture for bigger projects


we are switching from Unity to Unreal and we already shipped a few titles on consoles, PC and mobile with Unity. Do you know a good reference or tutorial how to structure a big Unreal project? I found the ActionRPG project and watched the livestream on YouTube. We need a few tips like which codes goes where (actor vs. components), how to name the assets, how to organize the assets, best practices, …

Sorry for asking here, but maybe one of you had the same problem and can share what you did and what worked out. There are so many tutorials out there that it is hard to find the one we need.
