Progression Bar Problem (Filled From Center)

I’m having issues about not being able to set up the progression bar the way i wanted to.

That is how could i turn this

into this

I wanted the blue bar to always be sticking to the top and bottom. And not coming out from the middle of the center, becoming larger as i increased the percentage. Any tips?
