Progress Bar Fill Type (Direction) is being set wrong at runtime

I have a Progress Bar setup which has the Render Scale set to -1 on the X in order to mirror the image with the Bar Fill Type set to Left to Right, and it all works fine in editor.

But when I go to play the Bar Fill Type is set to Right to Left, which I confirmed with a print string, and the bar is filling from the wrong direction.

Even if I set the Bar Fill Type to Right to Left it still does the same thing
