I have two AWS plugins, with 4.27 both installed but not enabled I run into this error. Solution, uninstalling one of those. A very strange error.

If someone could be helped with my solution would be great. I had a duplicate plugins folders one of them in the epic Plugins folder and the other one in the Main Folder of my project (Plugins Folders) Search there if you have duplicated plugins installed.
This mostly happens when you have made multiple duplicates of your main project.
