Profiling connects to MCP clients, so developers can take a capture and analyze it from an assistant rather than driving the profiler by hand.
An MCP client starts and stops a capture, and reads the resulting utrace file to answer questions about the session. It’s for developers who today take and read captures directly in Spatial Profiler, Memory Snapshot, and Timing Insights. The analysis works against what the profilers already measure rather than adding new instrumentation.
