Profiling editor startup times

I have a really powerful workstation but UE4 and UE5 was having some slow startup times with fairly empty projects. Seeing 4-6 minutes on a AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X. Any useful tools to profile this deeper? Lots are showing there’s some time on shaders but nothing extravagant.

I’ve been toying with the shader worker settings in BaseEngine.ini but not having much luck getting anything significant NumUnusedShaderCompilingThreads

Ontop of that, are there any quick settings for a programmer that could be enabled or disabled to make boot up faster in general? For example, an artist concerned with high fidelity would have more detail turned on but I’m working on that so I’d lower the settings. Except specifically for boot times.
