Summary
Migrated my project from Unreal Marketplace to Fab on pre-release. This particular project needed an update, which was done at the time on both Marketplace and Fab.
Now every time any changes are made to the product description, screenshots or title (without changing of the files), entire project goes through manual review.
First time it happened, after simple tweaks to description, update was denied with a reason “No file change detected”. Which warranted a usage of a comment to let the reviewer know that there is no update to the project files.
Now, after each description/screenshot change, project seems to go through 2-3 days (sometimes longer) of the manual review process and update shows up in the launcher with nothing to download.
Other projects go through review really fast, however, their files were never updated, and are kept the same as the versions from Unreal Marketplace over the fear of this bug occurring again.
Other publishers I’m in contact with report similar issues on certain products. Also this bug was reported by random users in Unreal Source discord.

Steps to Reproduce
- Update the product files on Fab on migrated product from Unreal Marketplace with source Unreal Engine project files updated
- After submission goes through, update the description/screenshots
Expected Result
Review conducted only on what changed - project description/title/screenshots/thumbnail
Observed Result
Update submission gets denied over “No source file changed” reason, despite it not needing one. Requires manual comment to let reviewer know that nothing changed with source files.
Trivial description updates trigger a full review of the submission.

Chrome
Operating System
Windows 10
Additional Notes
Unreal Source files form seems to be flagged as “changed” (despite no changes made) after one update on Fab on migrated product. Perhaps it compares the field over the older entry from Unreal Marketplace, instead of the new link.
