Greetings, we are a 3D studio and we are trying to be present on fab just like we are present on other platforms.
But we have a problem like this in fab, none of our products do not appear even if you literally search for the full name of the product. even the product does not even appear on our market page and we really cannot reach anyone because of this problem. we contacted the fab support team, they asked for the link of the products that could not be shown on our page and we sent it, the products started to appear on my page on the same day and in those 2 days we made a sale, although it had not been realized on fab for months, and then all our products became invisible again.
We understand that FAB is a new and more experimental platform but this problem is really a big obstacle for us to exist on FAB and we want help for this problem. so if our products do not appear except for the link, there is really no point for us to publish products on FAB right now.

When I search on ios, I realized that there is no problem with the page and searches, but on PC/WINDOWS the problem is still as I mentioned. neither my products appear in searches nor my page. I am attaching a few images as you requested. @SkyeEden
now we realized that an update was requested in the Trader Info section of our page and our page is deactivated in some locations such as the Netherlands, maybe it may be related to this, I will update Trade Info and inform you here.
For me only 2 published products are visible, everything else has been invisible to FAB visitors for over two weeks. Issue on FAB’s end they say. How to lose customers… FAB is aware. Also, I’m located in the Netherlands as well. All my info seems up to date. At least FAB in the browser is affected (use any browser, not a cache issue.)
really unfortunately it is, it is a very good idea to gather all 3d producers on a single platform as an idea, but not to implement this idea properly…
