Hello,
Many months ago, I updated Contain, Pour and Spill Wine to make it less “mature” and renamed it Contain, Pour and Spill Liquid. I completely changed the images and thumbnail. I adapted the text and did a content update with compatibility for UE5.6.
The update is still “draft”. Funny thing : it is now “not mature”. But nothing else is updated.

Observed Result
Nothing except the mature rating going to “not mature” (which is wrong since you didn’t update the rest. It’s still talking about wine. Update it and it will be about water and juice !
