I would like to report two separate issues related to the review system on FAB.
Issue 1: Old Rating Persists After Review Update
Issue 2: Missing Reviews

Steps to Reproduce
Issue 1) A buyer initially misunderstood how to download and use the plugin.
Due to this misunderstanding, they left a 1-star review.
After we contacted the buyer and explained how to use the product, they updated their rating and review.
Despite this, the old 1-star rating still appears on the product page.
Issue 2) A user experienced a problem that was not directly related to our product.
Even though it was unrelated, we assisted the user.
The user shared a screenshot showing that they had submitted a review for our product.
However, this review does not appear on the product page on FAB.
Expected Result
Issue 1) When a user updates or changes their rate, the old rating should be fully replaced by the new one.
Issue 2) Any review successfully submitted by a user should appear on the product page once published, unless it is intentionally moderated or blocked, in which case the seller should be informed.
Observed Result
Issue 1) old 1-star rating rating is still visible, I believe there can be a problem on overall calculations. + Review written up 3 months ago but it only appear when user edit review. there should be another bug to show reviews.
Issue 2) The review is visible to the user (based on their screenshot), but it does not appear publicly on the product page. As I understand it will be visible if user edit the review once.
