Need help solving the problem.
Currently can’t find solution to the problem.

I got the same error.

Try using a proxy to start the installation by clicking on gear in top right corner and checking the “Use Proxy” checkbox.
You can find one at https://free-proxy-list.net/ they are slow, but once the installation starts untick the checkbox and it will continue downloading normally.

This worked for me. Epic Games support were no use, a week to respond and then suggesting I take my desktop to a cafe…
