Summary
Title says it all, i get a fancy “Processing Error” whenever I try to convert a new file (zip package or even in Blender raw) and whenever i try to upload Preview the same 3d model at preview media section. Also system can´t extract technical information, all information boxes stays blank after the upload

Steps to Reproduce
- Upload a raw Blend file or packed zip file
- Try to convert it to GLTF,GLB, USDZ and it will pop a “This preview can´t be processed” and “An error ocurred” messages
- Try to upload preview media files (3d model) and get a “something went wrong, failed processing” messages
Expected Result
I would expect to upload or convert my files without issues
Observed Result
I can´t upload or convert my files as expected
