Processing failed: "A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file."

Hi,

I’m trying to process a model in normal detail, processing fails midway, following this message:

“A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file”.

Things I’ve tried:

Restart my PC | Process different models | Re-Installing the software | Clean temp files | Replacing the BIOS battery on my mother board

Thanks

Hi,

I’m sorry you are having trouble with this, try offline activation, as described here.

Thank you for the response.

Installing the software on the system drive seemed to fix that.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi!

I have the same problem, and i tried everything to fix the problem, but it still happens

Hi calimero82,

I’m sorry this fix isn’t working for you, we had a user in a similar situation who uninstalled RC, did a registry cleanup of everything RC related, taking all necessary precautions and then reinstalled RC, and that fixed the problem for them.

Again after trying the steps above and checking the certificates and the system clock, restarting, reextending licence, reeinstalling, regedit deletion etc…

Hi TomerBrosh7

please can you tell me your CPU, GPU, which windows version, which RC version and license. How long after launching do you get the error? Have you tried offline activation? which country are you working in?

Try asking about the certificate or timestamp

I’m event crossing fingers for a magical event at the 26 when they change the clock 1 hour earlier here

Hi,

thank you Morty for your information. As TomerBrosh7 wrote we would also like any information any users have regarding the certificate or timestamp. We would still like to know which users have tried offline activation, as it has fixed the issue for some users and we would like know which users it works for.

Sure, how can I find that information for you? Thanks

Hi bojan,

if you have problem with this error, can you please contact our support?

374823146340 I think I solve it…

RCNode.exe I think was blocked by system firewall. I just go to RC install folder and start RCNode - windows show firewall notification and I accept it for all networks. Additionally I start RC as admin and in general settings I do license change -> application owner I resign in, also charge for offline use I sign in again…

For now no same error

Geoinfodoo, good to hear.

Hope, it will work for you now.
