Process to make a character game ready with zbrush

I’ve been looking up the process on Youtube, but I haven’t seen any that only talks about what to do. Can someone give me at least a list guide to making it happen. I have a High Poly Character that I want to get in the range of 30k to 50k poly.

You also might want to check out the “Zremesher” option as well if you don’t mind losing some detail
