Process stops with Fatal error at LongPackageNameToFilename

Hello
I am running into the following trouble while trying to package my game that runs correctly with the Play function.
The process stop with the main error messages:

I spent more than a week trying to figure out a fix, but no thing works. Here are the main attempts:
1- Delete Intermediate and Saved folders, Uninstall UE4 its feature from Visual Studio then reinstall everything. Generate the VS solution from scratch.
2- Fix up redirectors then delete Intermediate and Saved folders then generate the VS solution from scratch.
3- Migrate the Starter Content to ‘G:\MyDocuments\Work\ULoc3D_Unreal\Assets\Content\StarterContent/’ as in the error message, then repeat the 2nd attempt.

  • I don’t know why does it keep looking for the folder: ‘G:\MyDocuments\Work\ULoc3D_Unreal\Assets\Content\StarterContent/’.
  • I added the starter content then deleted it without any dependency issue.
  • I looked everywhere to find any referred component laying in this G: folder using the Reference Viewer and the Reference Tree. Didn’t find anything.
  • I don’t know where can I find the director to this G: folder so I remove it or fix it.
  • All the answers I found about the same issue suggested the solutions above, but none worked, especially this one:

Any other clue please?? I think this happened since I moved some heavy content to an external drive (G:). Including the Starter Content.

Hello, I’ve finally been able to fix the issue since I posted it!
I finally found where was that “G:” directory set! It was added in the Project Settings->Directories! I just removed it and everything got fixed. I added it months ago and forgot about it.
IMPORTANT: I still wonder why it didn’t stop crashing when I created this missing folder in one of the attempts to fix the issue. Which is why I think this question is worth posting as an additional solution.
