Process contents of User Widget Blueprint present in the Content Browser


I am looking to create an Editor Plugin to accomplish the the following. Could be Python, but I would prefer C++.

User Widget(s) present in the Content Browser.

User / Artist selects the User Widget(s) in the Content Browser. Clicks on a button on toolbar. The Editor Plugins process child widgets (buttons, images etc) contained inside the selected User Widget (s).
