I am wondering if it is possible to run a model from start to finish without needing to start each step manually, using a PGM licence? Or do I need the CLI licence to do that?

Yes it is possible. In the Workflow tab there is a button called Start. It is available in all licenses. Be default it will align the images, reconstruct the mesh and colorize it. The parameters can be changed in the Application settings.
