Procedurial terrain dissapearing withing a radius

Hello,
I am trying to set up my procedural textures in UE5, and they keep disappearing under my camera within a radius (link to video example here).

Additionally, lighting seems overly bright for the settings, but I am unsure if that is a related issue or not.

Proc. terrain is using Landscape Pro 3 from the marketplace, and it works fine, generates everything just fine, things just…disappear.

Any Help would be welcome.
