Procedure for change the email account...

Support for users is a disaster after 12 days, I still fighting with them. Is impossible change the mail address in case the old email account is blocked and not accessible.

It seems to be impossible to contact the company or change operator.

If anyone knows how to solve the problem I accept suggestions.
