I just started and i thought azure dreams would be a pretty easy game to try and mimic. The game had levels in a tower with floating tiles and 4 or 5 rooms with loot and traps in them. I really want to know how to spawn in the same kind of layout when you go to a new level. The floors are randomly formed.

Here’s a some tutorials that go over a procedural generation. I’d look through them and see which final result suits your idea better.
