Procedural Ship Generation Experiments

Hey Everyone,

Did a bit of mucking around in blueprints this weekend and managed to put this together:

It’s the beginnings of a system to procedurally generate spaceship interiors for a game I’m working on called “Terra Stellar”.

The idea is that there are bunch of different ship designs available in the game and they can all be customized on the inside by the player with a wide range of different ship modules.

The blueprint basically reads simple patterns from a text file which it then uses to create the ship frame in the video.
