Procedural Road based on mask configuration

Hi everyone I am working on a personal project where I have created a road mask where I would want it distributed. What would be the best way to procedural spawn that road mesh to ensure that it follow the correct flow of the mask? So if I have a white curvy line, how can i ensure that the road mesh adders to the flow of the mask? Any idea, suggestions or place to start would be great.
