Working on Procedural Object Scatter Plugin , a tool which can be use to procedurally scatter objects and actors within a given volume, along a spline, inside a grid or circle, with option Density mask system that would allow further control of how the objects will be laid out.
This is just an early prototype which demonstrates scattering of few trees and grasses within a custom volume mesh, with different settings that allow controlling number of objects, volume surface scattering, and ground alignment.
