Here is a breakdown for everyone of how to fix the screen tearing at the bottom of the screen wherever it meets the river material. Thanks so much for finding this Saved me a ton ton of time!!

I tried the little fix above for the stretching at the edges of the screen, not working for me :O(
I’m with 4.9.2, now the problem is on the top and left of the screen…
