Procedural Mesh not visible when Packaging to HTML5

Procedural mesh visible in editor but when i package to html5 and open on browser it’s not visible. collision is activated on the mesh section.
Is procedural mesh not supported in HTML5?.
Is there a workaround?.
Can you somehow build procedurally with static mesh or brush and then convert to static mesh?
How are we supposed to change/interact with a complex object ingame when we can only transform but not on vertex level?
