Procedural mesh components disappearing on launch

I have a blueprint that uses a procedural mesh component and has an array of them as a variable. The problem is that every time I open the editor, the component just disappears, the array turns into an array of actors and all functions for the procedural mesh components get invalidated. I fix it and the next time I open the project it gets back to its broken state. This has been happening since I updated from version 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 of UE. Does anyone know how to fix this?
