Procedural mesh component is not doing anything

I have recreated a tutorial I found on procedurally creating globes in ue4. However, when I drop the actor into the world, nothing happens. Nothing appears. It’s just the actor billboard. The procedural mesh comp. Is using a sphere I made as a base mesh. I also have allow cpu access checked. I’m not sure what’s going on. The bp compiles successfully. I will be happy to post screenshots if you need. Please respond if you need screenshots as soon as you can.
