Hello folks, got another issue here. Tonight I started using a procedural foliage spawner to populate my static mesh terrain (~29mi sq / ~47km sq) with a rock static mesh.
It created rocks, a lot of them. But, they seem to be distributed on an invisible plane that is roughly perpendicular to the average normal of the static mesh terrain where the volume is penetrating. Geez I hope that made sense.
Bottom line, they’re scattered on an angled plane and not aligned along the surface of my static mesh land mass.
Any thoughts here?
