Hello my floor in the starter content map doesn’t seem to be loading doesn’t anyone know how to fix this?

This is normal. Although I see why you would think this would be less than normal. Imagine how nervous you’d be sitting in that chair, with the potential of scooting back from the table and falling endlessly in that blue void. 
Fun tip: Hold down ALT and drag one of those arrows on your selection widget. This will allow you to duplicate the floor tiles.
