Setting default equipped items not working, any suggestions?

Are you trying to do this for wild bigfoot? In that case, the problem is that they don’t have any equipment slots.
Dinos only get “personal” inventories attached (ones using their own files and with a slot for saddle or another item) after they’re tamed. So you can forcefully insert an item into the “slot”, but since the slot itself is not there (or not active at least), it most likely won’t work.
This is my custom NPC, I have all the slots open and custom equipable armor that works by dragging and dropping into the slots. My problem is getting them to equip themselves without any help. Even after a tame it won’t equip itself, guess there’s no way around that
