Problems with Nvidia RTX 3080 Vram and Twinmotion FPS :-(

Hello,

I have unstable FPS with Twinmotion. My project is about 10 GB in size. It contains houses, trees and plants. My graphics card (RTX 3080) has 10 GB vram.

About 5 GB of vram of the graphics memory is used for the Twinmotion scene.

At minimum quality setting I have about 50 FPS.

And now the problem: Depending on how I move through the scene, the FPS drops to 1 or 2 frames. At the same time the Vram value drops from 5GB Vram to under 1GB Vram. The graphics memory empties and the FPS drops, with no change in the scene.

If I then pan to an empty area of the scene, the graphics memory is again loaded with about 5GB of vram and the FPS values increase.

The same happens when I switch the scene to Pathtracer. Then the FPS values drop down to 7 FPS.

If I then switch off the path tracer again, then the low 7 FPS remain up to 2 minutes in the state until they have risen again.

Loading the Twinmotion scene into the graphics memory seems unstable.

Sometimes the graphics card uses about 5GB of vram for the scene and then only less than 1GB, and then the FPS values drop.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

I have 64GB DDR4 Ram, AMD Ryzen 9 3900x CPU, X570 Ultra motherboard, RTX 3080 10GB.
