Hello,

when trying to log in to Reality Scan on my browser I get the error message
”Dear Capturing Reality User,
This account is not associated with an existing Capturing Reality account. Please visit the Download page and follow the instructions to get RealityScan as part of your Epic Games account.”

But on my Iphone the app runs fine and I have also downloaded the desktop app and it works.

who can help me with that?

RealityScan sign in page is only for the old accounts which were used before Epic Games Launcher. I’ve checked and there is no connection with your email address with such account.
Is it possible that you have started to use RealityScan from Epic Games Launcher for the first time? If so, then it is normal to get such message.
