Problems with materilas in objects


I´m doing an interior of a duplex apartment, and i made and export everything on 3dsmax, and when Import the objects to Unreal everything is fine and work prefect, I put materials to the objects and they see perfect, but with some objects(doors and windows) after I build the Light and start Play, the doors texture change his coordinates and the windows turn black. Look the image below


Why happened this and how can I fix it?


It looks to me like you have not set up lightmaps for your assets, have a look here:

You might want to try the Steamroller script for 3ds Max for unwrappng. I know a lot of people around here use it religiously. It doesn’t hurt to learn how to unwrap properly though, I know it’s saved me from a few problematic areas.
