Hello, I want to create a prototype using two standard Car and VR templates. However, I’ve faced an lighting issue that causes the project to crash. Does anyone have experience with this situation and know how to fix it?
Hello there @L0ST_NOM4D!
In order to figure out this issue, we need to know the exact crash error and log, to figure out which element is bringing the project down, either the templates, or their interaction with Lumen.
If possible, please share a screenshot of the error you are getting, and attach a copy of the crash log, so we can review it.
Where To Find Local Crash Reports
Crash reports from the editor are stored on your local machine in your project’s
Saved/Crashesfolder.Alternatively, you can find crash reports on a user’s local machine in
C:\Users[Your Windows Username]\AppData\Local[Project Name]\Saved\Crashes.
I’ve managed to achieve that the project doesn’t crash. However, there is an effect where an image in the display of VR headset is distorted. It seems like the image doesn’t have enough time to render. Additionally, the image in the headset is limited to a rectangle, which is not observed when running a regular VR template.
