I’m downloading UE 4.27.1 and it stuck at 68% showing the download speed is 0.00B/s but I’ve checked my connection and it is in good condition. Sometimes, it shows IS-0005 error and even download is failed. I’ve tried all of fixing ways as I found but nothing worked. Please, help me with this problem.
I am using windows 10x64.
